This has increased expectations from Territorians in the use of digital services. The COVID-19 pandemic caused many challenges for Territorians. In 2020 and 2021, people learnt to work and engage with people in new ways. There was a rapid increase in video conferencing, telehealth and related digital tools. In true Territory style, people adapted quickly.

There are some access challenges in the Territory. Yet, most Territorians want to engage with government services through digital channels.
