Access to government services is easier for customers. There can be many barriers to accessing government services, however digital channels have the potential to overcome and address some of those barriers. NT Government will prioritise developing digital solutions with inclusion and accessibility design elements.

Developing digital solutions with accessibility standards makes them easy to use for everyone. Further, modern digital tools can improve accessibility to services.

In the Territory we have higher degrees of remote, multi-language and low-bandwidth communities. There is potential to provide accessible government services to communities through digital solutions.
