Overview
Delivering a customer facing online service portal is a key transformation priority under the Northern Territory (NT) Government’s Digital Transformation Plan.
Succeeding the Can-do Territory initiative, Territory Services provides a new, safe and convenient way for Territorians and Territory businesses to access NT Government services online.
At time of launch, Territorians are able to complete more than 70 online transactions for services provided across government, including:
- renewing a vehicle registration
- applying for a white card or an ochre card
- registering a new hairdressing business.
Government services delivered via front counters, by phone, mail and email are still available.
Territory Services aims to be the digital front door for the NT Government’s services, so as other services and transactions are digitised, they will also be added to Territory Services.
