The 2024 Digital Futures events stepped up from our 2023 event formats. Each event took lessons from past events and looked for ways to further engage and inspire women and girls to explore digital careers.
Three events were held:
- Digital Futures Conference 2024
- Sponsor and Major Partner Northern Territory Digital Excellence Awards
- Gold sponsor for the 2023 October Business Month.
The highlight event being the Digital Futures Conference, hosted as a fully immersive, interactive, face-to-face event. Conference attendees had the opportunity to engage with local businesses to explore digital careers that included gaming, design, and engineering tasks as well as virtual reality and AI design. Attendees could also ask questions of 4 amazing women who have successfully navigated a STEAM career here in the Northern Territory and across the globe.
