Overview
A customer self-service portal is being deployed by Jacana Energy allowing existing customers to complete everyday transactions online including setting up payment plans, viewing and paying bills and requesting account finalisation.
Benefits
The portal will provide customers with more convenient options to manage their electricity services.
2020 progress update
A new online, self-service product called MyAccount will roll out during 2020. MyAccount will allow customers to perform a range of their own account and billing services via an online portal.
