Procure a new digital payments solution, NTGPay, to receive and process invoices from NT Government suppliers.

Overview

A new digital payments solution will be procured to replace the existing Electronic Invoice Management System which is approaching end of life.

The system, to be called NTGPay, will provide a contemporary procure-to-pay service that enables electronic invoicing by suppliers through electronic data interchange between supplier billing systems and NTGPay.

Benefits

NTGPay will ensure the payments to suppliers are made within 14 business days for invoices under $1 million to improve the cash flow for small to medium business.

2020 progress update

The procurement of the digital payments system is in progress with the award of the contract expected in late 2020.
