Demands for health care services is outstripping available resources so it is critical that NT Health and the Industry work together to identify digital innovation opportunities that improve services and reduce costs.
This initiative will look to establishing a framework to guide the interactions between NT Health and Industry to maximise the value of the engagements.

2020 progress update
The Strengthening Our Health System Strategy 2020 – 2025 was endorsed and will improve the delivery of healthcare for all Territorians, through the increased use of digital health technologies. The Strategy has been developed in collaboration between the Northern Territory Primary Health Network (NT PHN), Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance Northern Territory (AMSANT) and NT Health and has been informed by these agencies Strategic Plans, the NT Government Digital Territory Strategy and Australia’s National Digital Health Strategy.
