Development of a modernised school workforce data system to support school operations.
This system will also transform the traditionally administrative functions of human resources management through quality, accurate data being available to both the schools and the department.
Benefits
The system will:
- streamline some processes to lessen administrative burden for school leaders
- provide schools with improved workforce data to inform planning and decision making
- include a reporting and analytics function and additional tools for school leaders to strategically manage their workforce.
