Dhayana Sena, otherwise known as MissDeusGeek is an Australian content creator and gaming influencer who is working hard to create a safe gaming space for women and women of colour. One of the first Xbox MVP’s for the ANZ region, Dhayana has started the conversation around representation. Dhayana is passionate about the gaming world reflecting everyone involved and not just a small group of people.
Dhayana founded Women of Xbox platform in June 2018 to amplify all that female gamers were doing around the world. Be it exciting events, special streams, dissemination of educational content and more. The platform also acted as a space for female (initially Xbox) gamers to find one another and get to know fellow female gamers who share in their passions.
Today, Women of Xbox has over a thousand members. It prompted the creation of an Instagram account and website to highlight the amazing women within the community.
Dhayana’s core aim is to support and empower female gamers and encourage diversity, as well as inclusivity, in gaming.
