Benefits
The Land Titles Office is developing a plan to introduce e-conveyancing in the NT.
This will improve accessibility of property transactions, removing the need for many paper based lodgements at the Land Titles Office and move the NT towards a nationally agreed approach, implementing electronic conveyancing services.
