LightSPEE3D printer showcasing Territory Talent

Growing Jobs and Business

Showcasing Territory talent, the LightSPEE3D printer is a world-first commercial 3D printer that was co-invented in the Territory.

The LightSPEE3D forms the centrepiece of a new industrial research hub based at Charles Darwin University (CDU). The hub was facilitated through a partnership between the NT Government, CDU and the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

Local digital innovators will benefit from the CDU research hub and partnering with internationally recognised research bodies to increase capability in the NT. Local businesses will have access to advanced manufacturing technology to reduce production time and costs.
